Bio: Vivian is a dual qualified legal practitioner with experience in diverse legal roles. She has developed core competencies in litigation, due diligence, contract negotiations and the provision of legal advisory services. Her career has seen her working in top tier law firms in Nigeria where her legal practice focused on assisting companies raise funding from primary and secondary markets as well as in the development of marketplace lending structures. She has also worked as the Legal Services Manager for a publicly listed company advising on issues of legal compliance, risk management, the resolution of ongoing claims, and negotiation of settlements. Vivian brings a wide array of skills and experience to her litigation practice in Ontario
