Samantha Iantomasi

Education: University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law (J.D. Cum Laude), Queen’s University (B.Sc. Hons. with Distinction).

Practice Areas: Health Law (civil litigation, administrative tribunals).

Bio: Samantha’s practice focuses on a range of health-related claims, including defending regulated health professionals against regulatory complaints and malpractice claims. In law school, Samantha concentrated her studies on health law, allowing her to understand the complex issues that arise in health claims.

Samantha joined GibbsLaw LLP in 2024 after being called to the Ontario Bar. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha articled at a boutique personal injury firm in Ottawa. During her articles, Samantha gained experience assisting with all aspects of a civil litigation file, including assisting with lengthy civil jury trials.
