Bio: Michelle handles a wide range of health-related claims, including defending health professionals in licensing, complaints, discipline and fitness to practice matters. Michelle also represents regulators, professional associations, employers, and other professionals in civil actions, human rights proceedings, and employment disputes. She provides human resources advice/representation to employees and employers, including contract negotiation, harassment complaints, human rights applications, and wrongful dismissal. Michelle also represents insurers in coverage matters and disputes. She regularly appears before all levels of the Ontario Courts; disciplinary and other administrative tribunals; the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
