Bio:   Michael’s Civil Litigation practice focuses on defending engineers in construction disputes, defending health care professionals in regulatory health complaints and malpractice claims, providing advice on employment matters, as well as litigating various insurance disputes. Michael consistently demonstrates well-reasoned and effective litigation skills that produce positive results for his clients.  

Prior to joining Gibbs & Associates, Michael began his career at an insurance law boutique firm in Toronto. He has successfully represented insurers before the Superior Court as well as various Tribunals at both first instance and appellate levels.
