Bio:  A litigation lawyer with 25 plus years experience practising throughout the Province of Ontario whose primary area of practice is professional liability defence work for multi-national insurers on behalf of Chartered Professional Accountants, Ontario Land Surveyors, Professional Engineers, Insurance Brokers, Real Estate Agents and Investment Advisors.  Other practice areas include the defence of product liability claims for international companies; professional disciplinary defence work and general corporate commercial litigation.

Chris has a strong competitive desire to represent clients’ interests to the fullest.  He is focussed on successfully resolving disputes, whether through settlement or trial, in an efficient and cost-effective manner that meets clients’ expectations.  He has significant experience in negotiating and solving complex matters through ADR procedures as well as appearances at all levels of Court in Ontario.
